ordered my R2 P2 supplies

p3 day 6

over night loss 1 lb

Yay! i did a steak day yesterday, and it was successful. I did cheat a little, i had a hand full of cashew nuts and a couple of strawberries before dinner. I also think i would have gone down more, but I'm expecting TOM by tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks to all the great HCG'ers here i have decided to go ahead and start round 2 of p2
April 19. That will be exactly 3 weeks after my first p2. I'm so excited. I will have allot more support and motivation this time around. My two friends and I will do it together, plus i have my virtual friends.

I ordered our supplies yesterday. I got the Hcg from drugdelivery.com, and our supplies from hcgsupplies.com. hopefully they arrive in less than 2 weeks, i did rush delivery on the hcg.

I'm debating on what dose to start with. the clinic i went to had me at 200 iu. I read that allot of people do less 150iu or 175iu, they loose more weight. but I'm scared that if I start low it wont have an effect on me since i was on 200iu first. also, i was having craving problems my first 2. Comments on this topic would be helpful.

steak day today! i like steak days. not eating for me all day is not a problem. i can go all day but as soon as I'm home from work i want to eat. that's not a good thing, which is probably the reason i have weight issues. but any how, steak days are easy for me.



yesterday my 2 girl friends decided that they too want to start the hcg diet, yay! I'm so happy for them. so, today I'm suppose to order the hcg for them, and myself. i want to do p3 but start another round of p2 . that way i will be done before summer. dont know if i should so it that fast, or wait the 6 weeks? but I'm soooooooooooo egar to do it right and get to my goal weight of 135, i know i can get there this time!

its only 20 lbs away. so I'm a do it on round 2.

i would appreciate some input on my situation.



that clinic really made me mad, the more i think about it, the more i see how wrong i was guided. they told me to eat normal on the loading days. i had read to eat fatty foods, but i didn't do that. i ate normal as instructed by the nurse at the clinic. then the last day i went in they didn't even talk to me about the 21 days of maintenance. instead you know what they did? this has to be the worst part of it all. they tried to sell me there products. some BS cream to lose inches off your waist and two other BS weight loss pills for $160. what a scam!

i was so mad. so what about the people that don't do research on HCG diet and just go to that clinic, after there injections they must gain the weight back. there was no education on weight maintenance/ p3.

sucks!



hope to have a successful steak day today, i will not cheat. and tomorrow i will be down 2lbs. i am visualizing myself getting on the scale and it says 155.5. lol

I'm not going to work out today- yesterday i had a big work out started doing small weights again, i had just been doing cardio (which did nothing for me but make my weight stall, and drain me)

ROUND 1, PHASE 2 SUMMARY

DATES: FEB. 26 - MARCH 25, 2008 (29 DAYS OF HCG INJECTIONS )
STARTING WEIGHT: 168.8
ENDING WEIGH: 154.0
WEIGHT LOSS: 14.8

START OF PHASE 3- MARCH 28,2008

I HAD BUMPY PHASE 2. I WENT TO A CLINIC CLOSE TO MY WORK TO GET THE HCG INJECTIONS. OVER PAYED FOR THEM, AND DIDN'T LIKE THE CLINIC. THE CLINIC DIDNT GO EXACTLY BY DR.SIMEONS PLAN, THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT THERE OWN, AND I DIDNT LIKE THAT. I STILL GAVE THEM MY MONEY AND DID THE PROTOCOL. I AM GRATEFUL FOR MY LOSE, BUT I KNOW I COULD HAVE LOST MORE WEIGHT THAN I DID. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO EXERCISE, SO I DID. I WOULD DO 1 HR OF CARDIO A DAY (NOT WALKING EITHER, THE ELLIPTICAL, AND RUNNING). THEN I LEARNED (AT THE END) THAT EXERCISE STALLS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS, GREAT! NOW THAT I LOOK BACK, I WAS GETTING OVER A COLD THE FIRST WEEK OF P2, AND DIDNT WORK OUT. I WAS AVERAGING A LOSS OF MORE THAN A POUND A DAY. THEN I STARTED GOING TO THE GYM, MY WEIGHT STALLED FOR A LOT OF DAYS. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING, AND STRESSFUL. THEN IT WENT TO HALF A POUND A DAY ( IF I WAS LUCKY). THIS HAD ALOT TO DO WITH THE EXERCISE. I WAS A MAD WOMEN EXERCISING LIKE CRAZY THEN GETTING HOME AND HAVING TO BE HUNGRY , GO FIGURE! I DIDNT MAKE IT TO THE 40 DAYS LIKE I WANTED TO BUT NOW I SEE MY MISTAKES.

I AM GOING TO DO ANOTHER ROUND OF P2 SOON. THIS TIME I AM GOING TO DO IT ON MY OWN, ORDER IT ONLINE, FOLLOW IT 100%, BE POSITIVE, AND NO EXERCISE.

I AM ON PHASE 3 NOW - DAY 5

DIDNT DO A STEAK DAY TODAY, BECAUSE I DID ONE YESTERDAY AND IT WAS GOOD. I WAS UP 4 POUNDS YESTERDAY ( DEAR LORD!) THANKS TO THE WEEKEND
I GOT A LITTLE TO HAPPY TO BE OFF THE VLCD, AND F*#K-D UP
IM STILL EXERCISING, I HAVE TO KEEP DOING IT SINCE IVE BEEN DOING IT THE WHOLE TIME.
BUT THE SAD THING IS ALL THAT HARD WORK AND IT DID NOTHING FOR ME, IT ACTUALLY HURT ME.
TOMORROW WILL BE ANOTHER STEAK DAY

ONE QUESTION FOR YOU HCG VET'S- CAN I START ANOTHER ROUND OF P2 WITH 3 WEEKS OFF THE VLCD?
OR SHOULD I WAIT THE FULL 6 WEEKS? IM EGAR TO DO IT SOON,
